What we collect

Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it only to reply, and keep it for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Contact tool. The message builder on our contact page runs entirely in your browser. It does not transmit anything to us; you choose whether to copy or download the text and send it by email.

Technical data. Our hosting provider may process server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability, retained for a short period.

Local storage. Your packing checklist ticks are stored in your own browser. See our Cookie Notice.

Legal bases

We rely on legitimate interests to answer enquiries and keep the site secure, and on consent where required for non-essential storage.

Sharing

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, email) or where required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
